Holidays, eh? No sooner are we back in the UK, than John has been called away to deal with yet another family drama. So I thought I’d post a couple of pictures from our Guinness brewery tour to cheer us both up.

And here’s me, just about to sample the perfect pint (in the sparkliest glass) in the Gravity Bar Dublin’s highest viewpoint. Shame about the weather LOL!
that bar looks like it’s real spacy, like in star trek too much brass and glass. at least your having fun Brigid lol I’m assuming John put the Harp back lol

I never had you down as a “Trekkie” LOL! It is very true though, the bar is kind of spacey! The whole 7-floor visitor centre is designed around a giant pint glass, with the panoramic Gravity Bar at the top – the bubbly ceiling is supposed to look like the head of the beer, seen from underneath!
John just got back this afternoon, with a huge package of forwarded mail from France that the postman couldn’t push through our London letterbox. We just got Willie’s Christmas card LOL! Thanks Willie.
